Fun Science Glasgow Summer Club – Exploring Earth

Tuesday 15th July (10am-3pm) – Under the Sea
Join us under the sea and learn all about the ocean! We will be discovering weird and wonderful creatures, exploring the different layers of the ocean, making wave bottles and testing out the science of floating and sinking. We will also make a Beach in a Box!.
Wednesday 16th July – (10am-3pm) Creepy Critters
Expect some gruesome truths about the way the human body works, blood, bogies, insects and more. Human and animal bodies are very interesting, but a bit gory too! Lots of experiments to do and models to make to explore the Heart and Digestive system.
Thursday 17th July (10am-3pm) – Volcanoes
Help us build a GIANT volcano in the garden which we will then be erupting! We will also be learning how real volcanoes erupt and what causes an earthquake. A great session for children who like really big eruptions and fizzing, bubbling potions.
Book Now *We are able to accept children from age 4+, providing they are able to go the toilet themselves. We do not have the capacity to provide 1:1 care and as such are not able to assist with toileting. In the event of a toileting accident, children will need to be able to get themselves changed. 10 year olds are welcome to join if you think they would enjoy it.
