Looking for a treat for your reception, year 1, year 6 or key worker/vulnerable pupils? Fun Science is known for providing high quality workshops across the UK. We are just itching to get back to entertaining and educating children so have created an interactive, outdoor science show, perfect for a bubble of up to 15 primary school pupils. This no-contact show can be performed completely outside and there is no need for the presenter to enter your school.
Presenters will bring all their own kit, their own table and will have no need for access to water or electricity. If your playground is externally accessible they will have no need to enter the school building at all. Our outdoor science show is fully Covid-19 risk assessed and there is no need for contact between children and the presenter and children will not be handling any equipment. The show lasts for 30 minutes and will take children on an adventure through chemical reactions, bubbles, eruptions, air blasts, a pressure-fuelled rocket launch and will be adapted to suit a range of ages from EYFS – year 6.
We can repeat the show multiple times throughout the school day for multiple bubbles of children. Whilst there is no contact between the children and the equipment, there will still be plenty of audience interaction through shouted predictions, countdowns and voting!
If the weather is not suitable on the day of your booking, it will be moved to the next available day with absolutely no cost to the school. Alternatively a full refund can be given.
