Here at Fun Science West Lancs we have tons of experience of making science fun and are available to run science workshops in Liverpool and surrounding areas for Schools, Guiding and Scouting groups, Girls’ and Boys’ brigade groups, home education organisations, youth groups and pretty much any other organisation you can think of! Our sessions can be used to kick off a science week, help complete a badge or simply to give children a brand new experience.

Primary Schools
With workshops to suit EYFS, KS1 and KS2 we can run workshops for just one class or your entire school. With packages to suit all budgets and topics, we are sure to make your science week, day or topic come alive with hands on experiments. Fun Science workshops are suitable for mainstream schools as well as specialist SEND schools and we would love to put you in touch with a school similar to yours that has used us in the past so that they can give us a glowing review!
Scouting and Guiding Workshops
We have sessions designed to fulfill the requirements of the following science badges but if your badge isn’t listed then please do still get in touch as we may well be able to fulfill the requirements. We can also run sessions for Rainbows groups even though there is no specific science badge.

Uniformed and community groups
Our wide range of equipment and enthusiastic presenters mean that your group will gain a completely new experience. We can either run a ‘best bits’ session with chemical reactions, electricity, slime making and sweet making or create a science workshop to fit in with your chosen topic. Fun Science has previously run workshops for libraries, home education groups, young carers, National Autistic Society, Deaf Children’s Society, Mencap and many other organisations.
